SUN Bucks — officially called Summer EBT — is a federal program that loads $120 onto an EBT card for every eligible child, helping families cover groceries during summer when school meals aren’t available.
Most families already on SNAP, TANF, or Medicaid are enrolled automatically — no application needed. But families who qualify through free or reduced school meals may need to apply before their state’s deadline.
If the deadline has already passed in your state, there are still options — including alternative summer meal programs and early registration for next year.
